Why 'Filipinx' and not just Filipino?
The term Filipinx is an inclusive term that encompasses all gender identities. I strongly believe in being inclusive and this is my way of normalizing that, and recognizing gender beyond the binary. We make change when we begin to normalize the existence of everyone and their diverse identities.
As a Filipino myself, I know how prideful we are and can be. I created this design because I wanted to show my Filipino pride with a clean and fresh design.
